Ariana Chini (she/they) is a queer, nonbinary Middle Eastern and Muslim professional with over a decade of experience supporting LGBTQ+ youth and communities across higher education, legal, and nonprofit spaces. As the Outlet Program Manager, Ariana brings deep experience in trauma-informed care, program development, community collaboration, and identity-affirming support services. They previously served as the LGBTQ+ Case Manager at the San Mateo County Pride Center, where they provided wraparound services to youth and adults navigating housing, healthcare, and systems of marginalization. Ariana has also managed university-based LGBTQ+ and multicultural centers, including the University of Washington Bothell Diversity Center and Seattle University’s Office of Multicultural Affairs. In these roles, they developed intersectional peer mentorship programs, coordinated campus-wide events like Drag Brunch and social justice conferences, and supported LGBTQ+, BIPOC, immigrant, and first-gen students in navigating college life and identity. A Bay Area native and longtime peninsula resident, Ariana is passionate about cultivating safe, joyful, and empowering spaces for LGBTQIA+ youth to thrive. Outside of work, they love playing Dungeons & Dragons, video games, reading queer literature, and spending time with their wife and two cats, Barnacle and Mango.
