Parenting in this economy (Part 1 of 10)

As adults we certainly have concerns over the current the effect on our own household budget. We have had to scrimp and save and have even had to work hard to keep our jobs. So how do we help our children during this tough time?  how do we keep them somewhat sheltered from the grim realities of life? Here are some tips:

Tip #1: It is important to let teens and children know that you are the parents and will take care of the adult issues. Even if it means changes in the family- a move , a second job – they can feel safe when they are confident that the adult is in charge and that you will take care of them.
